Dave, Michael, and Ryan arrive on Sevastopol Station to examine 2014’s much lauded Alien: Isolation, quite arguably the best video game ever made based on the Alien franchise. The crew discuss what they loved the most about the game, including it’s atmosphere and aesthetic, the thoroughly effective survival horror gameplay, the characters and high quality voice acting, and more. They briefly chat about some of the very minor criticisms they had of it, including the game’s length and the choice to focus the story on Ripley’s daughter, Amanda, and also take some time to talk about other video games based on the franchise, and what the future holds for further Alien games. We really hope you enjoy this episode, and thank you so much for listening! Stay frosty and we’ll see you at the Hive!
